9:30 am, breakfast : unlimited coffee or tea, croisant, fresh bread, butter and jam.
9 pm, dinner : a typical meal would be home- made soup, vegetable dish, main course of meat or fish, dessert, bread, wine or lemonade.
The cuisine is Catalan/Spanish. Regional dishes include pork cooked in a sauce of sweet herbs and oranges; Mar i Muntanya (chicken with prawns); canelonis; fish baked with onion, tomato and wine; broad beans with herbs, sausage, wine and anis. The speciality of the house is paella valenciana, served every Sunday lunch. Vegetarians are welcome.
